Elvia Galvan was born in Aguililla, Michoacan. Emigrated to the United States to pursue a better life. She had a dream to own her own business and in 1989 she opened her first taco truck in Turlock, CA. With hard work Taqueria Elvia's has become one of the most popular food trucks.
